Received an E-mail from the supervisor Martin Romero to have the property checked. I have inspected the property at 2003 and 2005 S. Campbell Ave. I found no one on the property on either unit and did call the owner. The property unit 2003 has one adult and 2-children. Did look at the chain link fencing and found no hole in the fencing. The rear of the fencing has a walk gate and has a chain and lock and is locked at this time. The property at 2005 has one adult and a dog and again no hole in the chain link fencing. That also has a walk gate in the rear of the property and is also locked with a chain and lock and the dog was in the rear yard at this time. The owner wants to know who called in the complaint and what the issues are being called in. I did let the owner know that I have a complaint and it was on extra people on the property and climbing through a hole in the rear chain link fencing. The owner did stay on the line while I check the rear fencing and did let him know that I found no holes in the fencing any where. Did call Martin Romero the supervisor and he had no addition information on the case. Did check the neighboring property on both side of these address and again found no one home and the gates locked and not able to enter the property on both sides. If this address has issues will need to meet there or give better information on what needs to be checked. If the activity is happening at night, will need to be Identify to check at night and at what time. RV. |
