06/19/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owners, daughters and grandkids and talk to the contractor, architect, electrician and went over on what needs to be done. The generator had 2-extension cords and they were hot due to were under sized for what they were being used for on the freezer and cooler box. The electrican was going to check the cords and get bigger cords or do something different to keep the freezer and cooler going. Did check the freezer and was not freezing and the generator may be undersize for what it giving power to. Did go over the floor plan will have to be done, load calc's, show what machinery are being used, removing any machines and electrical that is not in use out of the building, upgrade on the main entrance on the exterior, and the time line. Did go over that in a month drawing may be done and that the owner needs to provide access to the building for checking and evaluating the area for the drawings. Filled in for inspector Valdez and Hollander due to they were off. Left the site ane the architect, contractor and the electrican were going to look around the building for info to get prices to the owner. Did let the grandaughter know that the frozen food is not frozen on the outside of the meats that were checked. RV.
