INSPECTOR DID FIND REFUSE AND DEBRIS IN FRONT, SIDE AND REAR YARDS. OUTDOOR STORAGE IN REAR YARD NOT PROPERLY SCREENDED. SOME BAMBOO SCREENING ON PARTS OF FENCE FALLING APART AND AWAY FROM FENCE CAUSING MORE DEBRIS. (BAMBOO SCREENING IS NOT OPAQUE AND NOT PROPER SCREENING FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE IN REAR YARD. WILL ISSUE 10 DAY NOV FOR REFUSE AND DEBRIS AND OUTDOOR STORAGE.
