Arrived on site to unit 43, Met with Daniel Nava owner of unit 43. States had Enviromental Quility can in last week and situation was repaired and signed off early this week. I checked the area and found the ground not to be wet, simply damp probably from last weeks activities. Then piping under unit started to drip, tenant states its the gray water line, he released the valve and heard system start to dump with no leaks in or around ground connection. Problem seems to be in connection under unit. NOV was given to tenant to have a plumber repair the unit. Made phone contact with manager and she will also follow up on this situation. Met and spoke with caller aswell |
