The property has a new owner and doing work on the property. The water heater is being moved to another location, new AC package unit on the roof, divertors have been installed in the 2-bathrooms, kitchen layout has been changed, lacking smoke detector, ceiling fans being installed though out, tub and shower surrounds all being replaced with new, tub replaced with new, flooring getting ceramic flooring through out, the drywall has been patched and painted. Have talk to the builder and will call the office to have the office get the permit. Received the address to where the office was to send the N.O.V. RV. |
