front porch 7 feet wide 28 ft long with fire damage in ceiling dot dot sheetrock throughout interior with fire or smoke damage throughout , electrical wiring switches fixtures and Outlets all fire damaged in living room area.. still in living room drop down ceiling as well as main old silly both fire damaged.Hole in South Wall in living room from fire operations. Bedroom heavy smoke damage throughout and he damaged in Contents of the room damage to electrical fixtures outlet and switches in this room. Kitchen area again sheetrock damage from fire in walls and ceiling of kitchen. In ceiling area could see Romex wiring as well as metal conduit running in ceiling joist area heavy heat and smoke damage throughout kitchen. Electricity already shut by Tucson fire to this unit unfit to occupy. Owner on site to board up front window front door and rear door. Posting on front door and paperwork signed by owner |
