VISITED SITE, SUPPOSE TO MEET WITH OFF. TORRES OF TPD, UPON ARRIVAL FOUND CAMPERS HAD LEFT, I HAD SEEN THE CAMP THE DAY PREVIOUS, THERE WAS A TENT ON THE N/E CORNER OF THE LOT, TRASH AND DEBRIS TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE LOT. ALSO FOUND GRAFFITI ON THE WALL. CAMPERS AND TENT WERE NO LONGER THERE. NOV TO FOLLOW |
