Arrived on site and met with the tenant of unit 105, Marisela. States she roaches at the property. Showed me to the kitchen and states they come from under the sink, I saw one roach, then states on refrigerator but did not see at this time. Does have animals (cats) and saw cat food on floor in dining area. Showed me to the bathroom with holes in sheetrock in shower area and towel rack area. Will move to NOV |
