Arrived and the vehicle hit a masonry wall and left a hole in the wall approx. 10' long x 5' high. The broken block made holes in the wall of stucco on the exterior of the house. The condensor has move due to the impact of the storage that was in the area. The tenant will run in a while and have the area cleaned up. The tenant has called the owner and the owner is aware of the damage to the house and the masonry wall. The tenant signed the paperwork on site. There was no damage to the interior of the house and the tenant will be able to remain in the house. Will check in 45 days. RV. |
