EXTERIOR damage- 3 blown out windows on south facing side along with damage to kitchen door no able to lock. INTERIOR - entered thru living room heavy damage to sheetrock throughout unit to walls and ceiling. Electrical fixtures, outltes and swithches all with fire damage throughout. Exposed rafters in living room and kitchen did not see any fire damage to roof structure. Kitchen complete burn out , with damage to cabinets and all contents in kitchen- damage to kitchen door, and all electrical lights, fixtures and switches. Hallway with damage to electrical swithes and fixtures and sheetrock hanging from ceiling. Possible damage to heating and cooling system in ceiling in hallway. Bathroom with damage to ceiling and wall sheetrock along with electircal outlet and switches. Both bedrooms with ceiling sheetrock and damage to mechanical regristers. Southwest gas, came by and no gas to units, Electical panel shut by TFD. Called manager to complex Marie at , she came down along with son of the owner Tim, notice and orders all signed by him. City board up crew boarded 2 doors and 3 windows. Info given to Tim about securing permits for proposed work to fire damaged unit - Follow up in 30 days photos in sire Tim - 749-2100 400-8561 (cell) |
