Date Description Inspector Results Comments
06/06/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car through building. Arrived and a truck hit the store front window on he west side for Zanes Law. One section of glass broke and the vehicle hit a steel post for the main structure. The steel post was wrapped with drywall and will have to remove more drywall to check the extent of the damage to the steel post. The glass shattered and is through out several office spaces. Was not able to find the owner or a rep. and T.P.D. called Arcaiden Industries to have the opening secured. Did find a number to Central Alarm and they found a number to the owner and did call. The Central Alarm call me back and received a phone number to call the owner and made contact and the owner was coming to the property. The vehicle was towed and taken by the company to be stored. While boarding up the owner did show and check the amount of damage to the property. Did place caution tape on the interior area due to the amount of glass that has spread out through out the area. The owner has ordered a clean up crew to come in daylight hour to have the area cleaned. The owner signed the paperwork and once the opening was secured, left the site. Will check in 30 days. RV.
