Arrived on site and met with tenant Marsella who showed me to the living room and bathroom areas. Living room had a settling seem in living room area and kitchen areas. No seperation in either room just a seem seen. Bathroom ceiling edge does need calk at corner will make phone contact with owner. Tested all smoke alarms in both bedrooms and hallway operational and exhaust fan in bathroom also operational |
