07/19/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the administrator Rick Saldate and received permission to remove the electrical at the pole. Did go over that the water is from next door including the sewer also taps to next door. Did meet with the owner and she signed the paperwork. Did go over that permits have not been issued on the office trailer and the metal canopy for the auto shop. The mobile home in the rear of the property is not connected properly on the electrical, water and lacking gas. Did go over that an architect may be required due to commerical land. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on all the trailers on the property and took pictures. The property is condemned and did meet with the owner on what needs to be done and she will be calling an architect and calling P.D.S.D. to check if a draftsman can do the drawings. Will check in 45 days. RV.
07/18/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property with Rick Hollander and had the electrical checked. Found many issues on the electrical panel and will be meeting the owner on site at 11:00 PM to go over the issues on the property. Have extension cords giving power to the trailers on site and the conduits are not the proper type or correct install. The water is coming from next door and not able to find a water meter for this property.
07/18/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Assist inspector with electrical. Found hazardous electric on the property. Cords being used as permenent wiring. Electric being ran in PVC water pipe as raceways. Non-code compliant connection of mobile units.
07/17/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property and found the mobile home with the windows opened and not covered with plywood. Did find someone in the mobile home and was asked to come out. He is currently buying the mobile home and making repairs. The mobile home has no pedistal or a disconnect for the mobile home and has power coming from a main electrical panel in the middle of the property approx. 200' away from the mobile home. The water is not on the property and comes from the neighbors property of 2620 E. Benson Hwy. Did check records with Pima County Assessors Records and should be a vacant lot. This property has no utilities on the lot. Did find a permit for 2640 E. Benson Hwy. for a electrical pedistal, T04EL00462 issued on 7-1-04 and finaled on 7-7-04 than a reconnect for the elctrical, T12CM02140 issued on 4-23-12 and finaled 4-27-12. The electrical is a panel on a pole and did not find a pedistal. Did let the person in the mobile home that permits are needed to keep the mobile home on the property. Did call the owner and left a message. RV.
