I have made contact with the property owner Zena, the complainant Tony and also the employee on site, Michelle. There are 2 main a/c units on site and one window a/c unit. One main unit is not working, the window unit and other main unit are working properly according to all parties. Property owner Zena has made attempts to repair the non working unit with no success, she will have another company come out today or over the weekend depending on their availability, to repair the non working unit. I have made an appt. for Tuesday June 13 at 11:00 a.m. with employee Michelle and owner Zena to meet at the property to ensure that the non working unit is repaired and in working condition. |
