Communication called and T.P.D. on site with min. housing condition and unsanitary issues. Arrived and the units were still on site, Pima County Animal Care was on site and took the dog to the center. The house was filled on the carpet with dog feces and urine through out the house. Has trash and debris with storage through out the floor including the garage. The smoke detectors were missing or not working and where the owner was found has a bucket filled with cigerett butts. The house smells like urine and dog feces. The electrical was removed at the meter due to the condition of the house and the owner sleeping in different areas. The house has 3-toilets and all were plugged. Took pictures and did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front metal security door. The roof has leaks in different areas. Did serve the Guardian who show to the site and took the owner to the hospital to be evaluated on her condition. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
