Met with the owner and the house has been broken into. The house has been ran-sacked. Paint has been placed on the walls and floor. Did let the owner know that items were missing. He was going to take pictures and lock the house back up. Did discuss that the electrical can be turned back on due to the tenant is not moving back in. The owner is trying to check on what the tenant will be removing from the house. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
