Met with the tenants and the water is off due to lack of payment. The tenant has been trying to get the money to pay the bill off and will check with management of shutting down the property. The property is clean and the toilet is working. The tenant is complaining that the property has a leak and not able to check for leaks due to lacking water to the property. Have call the owner of the property and left a message to call back. Will meet with management on shut down. RV. |
