Office called that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and the units were still working the fire and looking for hot spots. The fire investigators on site checking for cause. The fire was in the carport going into the house by the living room and the kitchen. The fire extended to the wood frame storage room in the rear yard and detached from the house. The owner has died and the son lives in the house and has no insurance at this time. The house has heavy smoke damage and holes in the drywall on walls and ceilings to check for fire through out. The house will be fenced and called Biff Baker Fence to place fence panels. The son signed the paperwork and went to the hospital. Did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the friends were going to lock the front door once done removing items needed. Gave a key for the lock to the gate to the neighbor to enter the property to give to the son when he comes back. RV. |
