VISITED SITE, CHECKED ALL PORTIONS OF THE PERIMETER BLOCK WALL, INSPECTOR WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHERE THE OLD GRAFFITI MIGHT BE BLEEDING THRU. THE N/W SECTION HAD BEEN PAINTED. THE N/E CORNER APPEARED TO BE REPLACED. FOUND NOTHING ON THE EAST WALL. NO VIOLATION. COMPLAINCE / CLOSE CASE. |
