Arrived on site and met with management, who states just moved in April, and had new carpet and vinyl put in. Unit was not ready but tenant needed to move in and 100.00 was taken off her monthly to compensate. Did have her unit sprayed for roaches but since then management has not heard from tenant. Arrived at unit knocked on door but no answer, called and spoke to a young lady who said Erica was not at home, later did receive a message from Erica that she would call me back |
