Was called out to the property of 7633 East Speedway Boulevard when I arrived TFD was on site, was advised that fire started at the exterior wall, under the main panel .Damages were to exterior wall a section about 9x4 damaged, interior sheetrock was also damaged about 3 x 4 section. electrical looks to be ok but dissconnect handel needs to be replaced, maintenance will have licensed electrician come down and check if any electrical wires were damaged by heat, before turning power back on. |
