INSPECTED THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FROM THE POLE TO THE MAIN SERVICE PANELS AND INTERIOR OUTLETS, FOUND SERVICE TO THE PANELS NON CONFORMING, HOW SERVICE WAS RUN FROM UNIT TO UNIT, MISSING GROUNDS AND ADDED CIRCUITS DANAGEROUS AND PROBABLY NEVER INSPECTED. ALSO FOUND INTERIOR ISSUES WITH CIRCUITS OVERLOADED, OVER USE OF EXTENSION CORDS, USE OF THREE WIRE RECEPTICLES IN A TWO WIRE SYSTEM, EXPOSED ELECTRICAL, ETC... FOUND EXITS BLOCKED, NO SMOKE DETECTORS, AND TENANTS UNABLE TO GET TO EXITS IF NECESARY . ALSO FOUND MANY MINIMUM HOUSING ISSUES. ALSO FOUND EXTERIOR ISSUES, GRASS AN DWEEDS, TRASH AND DEBRIS, JMV'S, STORAGE. BECAUSE OF THE ELECTRICAL, TEP WAS CALLED OUT TO SHUT DOWN THE POWER. FOUR OUT OF THE FIVE UNITS WERE CONDEMNED, FIFTH UNIT WAS VACANT, BUT NOW HAS NO POWER. OWNER INFORMED POWER MUST BE UPGRADED PRIOR TO REOCCUPYING THE UNIT. NOV'S FOR EMERGENCY VACATE ISSUED FOR EACH UNIT AND SIGNED FOR BY THE OWNER.

Found hazards at the main electrical service. The secondary feeders ran from building to building was not code compliant. Power was disconnected.
