Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car through building. Arrived and the units were on site and crime scene was on site taking pictures. The car hit the store front window breaking on section approx. 6' x 8'. The wall was pushed in where the trash container was located and was a wood frame wall with stucco approx. 2' x 4'. The glass exploded all around the store and some soda bottles have broken and leaked on the floor. The store has called a contractor to have the opening boarded up and the glass company is also coming to the site. The management was advised that once the area secured and cleaned, that the store can open back up for business. The manager signed the paper work. Did call the health department due to the open bottles of sodas and water bottles. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
