ALSO FOUND ADDED CIRCUITS TO THE TRAILER, OUTLETS ADDED TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE TRAILER, NO CONDUIT-EXPOSED WIRING, POSSIBLY ENERGIZING THE METAL TRAILER SKIN.
CONTACTED THE MANAGER BILL CAMPBELL WHO STATED THEY WERE IN THE EVICTION PROCESS WITH THE OCCUPANTS FOR LACK OF PAYMENT. MR CAMPBELL ALSO STATED THEY WERE AWARE OF THE SEWER ISSUE, STATED THEY WILL HAVE TO MOVE OR REMOVE THE TRAILER TO BE ABLE TO GET UNDER THE TRAILER TO LOCATED THE BROKEN SEWER LINE. NOV WAS IISUED FOR THE DELAPIDATED STRUCTURE/ STRUCTURE CONSTITUTING A NUISANCE, DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL, AND LIVING CONDITIONS. NOV WAS SIGNED FOR BY BILL CAMPBELL. WINDOW AND DOOR OPENINGS WERE BOARDED BY BILL CAMPBELL AND STRUCTURE WAS POSTED "UNFIT TO OCCUPY".
