Was called by supervisor to assist tpd at the property of 3628 South bardust Lane for no utilities when I arrive tpd was on site waiting for tenant, tenant never showed up. I did verifi that tenant or somwone was tampering with electrical and home had no water and no gas to property, posted the property unfit to occupy contacted owner and advised of violations. TPD stayed on site to see if tenant would return. |
