08/10/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talk to the owner due to the front yard was cleaned of stored items and now has other items being stored in the front yard. The vehicles are still in the front yard and did give the owner 10 days to have everything removed from the front yard and was not able to get to the rear yard. The owner will be getting with the tenant on removing all the items from the property or a citation will be given to the owner. Will check in 10 days. RV.
07/24/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The front yard has been cleaned and still has the vehicle in front with a tarp on it and not a car cover. Did talk to the tenant on site and went over the rear yard needing to be cleaned and the vehicle moved from the front yard. Did give the 10 day extension and if not completed, will give a citation to the owner. Did call the owner while on site and went over on what needs to be done to have the property cleaned. Will check in 10 days. RV.
06/06/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is in the process of being cleaned up. Alot has been moved off the property and not completed. Did call the owner and he has been in contact with the tenant and will check when the work will be done. Will check in 20 days. RV.
