COMPLEX HAS BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH HOMELESS BREAKING INTO EMPTY UNITS, AND IN THIS CASE A PERSON HAD BROKEN IN, POSSIBLE DRUG USE AND STARTED A FIRE INSIDE. UNIT IS A TOTAL BURN OUT. IT WAS DETERMINED TO CALL CRIME SCENE OUT FOR PICTURES DETECTIVES WERE CALLED IN WHEN SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON SIGHT. MET WITH MANAGER JEANNIE JENNINGS WALKED HER THRU THE CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION AND INFORMED HER THAT THE CITY WOULD BE SECURING THE STRUCTURE. JEANNIE REQUESTED HER MAINTANENCE CREW BE ALLOWED TO SECURE THE STRUCTURE. BOARD CREW WAS INITIALLY CALLED OUT AND THEN CALLED OFF DUE TO CRIME SCENCE, BUT STOPPED BY AFTER BEING CALLED TO A 2ND CALL FOR THE MORNING.
