Met with the owner and no one living in the garage. The son will go in the garage to play music or do odd items repairing items. No signs of anyone living in the unit. Does burn wood and is a metal stand that is used. Did go over that the postion needs to be away from the neighbors wood frame shed that is aged and the owner said OK. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
