THE NORTH CABINET IS NOT LABELED, THE INTERIOR CARD IS NOT LABELED CORRECTLY, THE MAIN BREAKER NUMBERED 5 DID THE SHUT POWER OFF TO UNIT 1210. THE SOUTH CABINET ALSO IS NOT LABELED AND THE INTERIOR CARD IS NOT LABELED CORRECTLY THE MAIN BREAKER NUMBERED 14 DID SHUT THE POWER OFF TO UNIT 1110. BOTH UNITS ARE CONDEMNED. A ELECTRICAL PERMIT IS REQUIRED. A LICENSED ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO INSPECT AND REPLACE ELECTRICAL DEVICES AS NEEDED. ALL ELECTRICAL DEVICES MUST BE INSPECTED IN BOTH UNITS. OCCUPANCY WILL BE GRANTED ONCE THE PERMIT IS FINAL.
