TPD WAS CALLED FOR DOMESTIC VIOLANCE, MALE INSIDE THE HOUSE WAS SCREAMING AT THE FEMALE. MALE TOOK OFF RUNNING AND HAS NOT BEEN FOUND. HOUSE IS WOOD SIDING LOOKS VERY DELAPIDATED PAINT PEELING, WOOD DETERIORATED, ROOF LOOKS IN BAD CONDITION. FRONT DOOR HAD BEEN REMOVED, THERE WERE NO UTILITIES, AND INTERIOR FURNITURE AND BELONGINGS HAD BEEN TROWN ALL OVER THE PLACE. IT APPEARS PEOPLE WERE SQUATTING INSIDE THE STRUCTURE. IT SMELLED LIKE TURPENTINE INSIDE, FEMALE STATED SHE DUMPED IT INSIDE TO KILL THE BUGS. RESEARCH OF PRIOR COMPLAINTS FOUND MARTIN R AND JUAN VALDEZ HAD BOTH BEEN TO THE PROPERTY YEARS AGO AND OWNER WAS ALIVE, THAT MAY NOT BE THE CASE NOW. CALLED BATHCREST TO SECURE THE PROPETY, TPD ASKED ALL OPENINGS BE SECURED. TPD STATED THEY DELT WITH THE FEMALE. UNSURE WHERE SHE WAS TAKEN, OR IF SHE HAD A PLACE TO STAY.
