Visited site and found 11 buildings in stages of construction. Spoke to the manager and project superintendant. Issued NOV and "Stop Work Order" Explained the work done needs permits. Found new plumbing, electric and front doors being installed. New water heaters . New electric wiring date stamped 09/26/16. Breakers are not by the manufacture of the exisiting panels. |
