| 04/12/2017 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Responded to complaint of a major clearing of Hidden Hills wash, when I arrived the West End of the property by the wash closest to Houghton rd.and around to the northend of the wash was completed , fire crew for Royal Metro was hired to trim vegetation and weeds , due to Wild javelinas pestering members of church and homeless Camp being erected behind bushes and trees. Royal Metro was still working on the North End of the property across parking lot, but was instructed only to remove weeds and high vegetation will leave Cactus and habitat alone in that area. Mr. Johnny Coxe Director of facilities of the property was advised that he will be issued a notice of violation for work without permits and violation of Site Plan for the West End of the property and around to the northend following the wash of the property, that has been completed. also advised that he will possibly need to replace whatever habitat or trees that was removed accidentally.
