Back yard was land locked with walls over 5ft tall on all 3 sides of the property and no access from either side yard. Ellen states the pond has been on the property for at least 15 years and never issues with mosquitos. Did not see any mosquitos today as she states the goldfish in the pond will eat anything that lands in the pond, evident as she put in fish food and a feeding frenzy started. Pond in approx 8ft in diameter and has a raised 2ft wall as sides, spoke to CE supervisor and will nov for added electrical line for pump to pond |
