Arrived on site and met with tenant and her mother, showed me the thermostat new and secured to wall, cooler was blowing and cool throughout the trailer, new outlets in the 1st bedroom, 2nd bedroom light fixture and switch secured and operated normally. Will move to close out this case as all violations were addressed by management. |

Arrived on site and met with tenant once again. States maintenance man was there earlier today to take measurements on sealing up the hallway. Hallway AC is set at 72 degrees and while not hot the trailer was cool will move forward with notice of violation to owners. While on site the maintenance man came back with Lumber to shore up the hallway |
