Arrived on-site met with management who turned me over to Steve the maintenance supervisor. Steve's remembers that case and how all was taken care of already. Went to apartment along with maintenance supervisor knocked on door spoke to caller and also stated the same thing all issues have been resolved and she would like to close out the case. We'll move to do so |
