The complaint was on trash and debris and the property is clean. The tenant does have big issue on rats through out the unit. Has large amounts of rat droppings in the kitchen and the storage room. Has a hutch and the drawer is full of rat droppings. The kitchen sink leaks and the floor has fallen. The tenant has a bucken to catch the water as it leaks. Lacking smoke detectors and the roof leaks. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
