The permit T17CM03585 has been issued on 5-23-17 and finaled on 5-26-17. The other work that was work with out permit has been built since before 1998 and the owner of the property has just bought the house approx. 2 years ago. Did meet with The building offical Clayton and said that it will be a civil matter if the other owner wants to persue the existing structure. Will do N.O.V. for the AC package unit on the roof and the owner stated that she did have that installed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
