I SPOKE TO RICK SALDATE BEFORE THE INSPECTION AND RICK STATED THE OWNER NEEDS TO ENFORCE HER EXPECTATIONS OF THE TENNANT WITH OUT C/E CONTINUALLY GOING OUT TO INSPECT FOR HER OWN ISSUES.
INSPECTION FOUND NO CARS, IN THE STREET, IN THE FRONT YARD AREA, OR EVEN IN THE DRIVE WAY AREA INFRONT OF THE DBL GATES TO THE REAR YARD. THERE WAS A 10 X 10 SHED IN THE REAR YARD, BUT NO TENTS. AGAIN NO VIOLATION. CLOSE CASE.
