On site with inpsector RG. Spoke to owner and he stated he does not have water service due to non payment. Refuse and debris throughout the moble home. Human feces in toilets. Dishes that are unclean with old food on them. There is electricity at moble home. Condemn property due to lack of water services and unsanitary conditions. |
