Was called out by Communications to assist Tucson fire at the address of 2210 East Highland Drive when I arrive to the property I did turn off all Breakers due to the fire damage in the garage and damage to the exterior rear porch. Damage throughout garage and water heater, also electrical damage TEP arrived and red taged electrical meter, I also turned off water owner was in the process of leaving with sister no need to assist placing. Property will be posted unfit to occupy due to fire damage. Notice will be hand-delivered to owner must obtain permit at Development services 201 North Stone phone number 520-791-5550 most have permit for all repairs in apply an issue status. 60 days to comply |
