I CHECKED THE SERVICE PANEL AND FOUND NO ISSUES WITH THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE. THE WALL HOWEVER WAS LISTING AND LEANING ON THE NORTH WALL BETWEEN CHARIOTS AND THE APTS, AND THE ADJOINING WALL AT THE EAST SIDE OF CHARIOTS PIZZA. WHAT I FOUND WAS THAT THE WALL WAS OWNED BY THE APTS OWNERS BUT WALL DAMAGE POSSIBLY CAUSED BY THE OWNERS OF CHARIOTS PIZZA AS THE DAMAGED PORTIONS OF WALL WERE LEANING INTO THE APT COMPLEX AND IT APPEARED THAT PARKED CARS IN THE APTS COULD BE DAMAGED BY A FALLING BLOCK WALL. AT THE TIME OF MY INSPECTION I FOUND A WHITE VAN PULLED INTO THE PARKING SPACE AND RIGHT AGAINST THE WALL WILL CLOSE THIS CASE BUT REFER IT TO A NEW CASE OPENED FOR THE APARTMENT COMPLEX / TLAVERA APTS LOCATED AT 1355 W ROGER RD. T17DV01089 IT ALSO APPEARS CHARIOTS PIZZA WAS BUILT AFTER THE APTS, CHARIOTS LOT ELEVATED APPROX 2 FT HIGHER THAN THE APTS PARKING AND CHARIOTS IS USING THE WALL AS A RETAINING WALL(?) |
