No one home and did talk to a neighbor and appears the tenant moved out. The structure is new and was just approved to allow renters into the units. Did ask the neighbor to look at his unit and no signs of termites or ticks. Did make contact with the owner of the building and will check on the weatherstripping being required. Will call the owner back. RV. |
