SPOKE WITH FELIX MORALES WHO STATED HE HAS A OPEN CASE WITH BOTH PROERTIES 120 & 123.. PROPERTY AT 123 HASA VERY SMALL YARD , A COUPLE BAGS OF BIRD SEED, A TABLE WITH STUFF ON TOP, ACOUPLE OF GARBAGE CANS. WILL CHECK WITH FELIX AS I SPOKE TO THE OWNER WHO STATED HE WILL BE COMPLETED IN A COUPLE OF DAYSBUT HE DID REFRENCE INSPECTOR MORALES BEING THERE. |
