Arrived on site as initial to find weed and grass over 6 inches in the front and both side yards of property. Red Cadillac under carport with two front flat tires otherwise looks in running condition. Storage under carport is not excessive and no trash seen and vehicle can be parked under carport. Will move to notice of violation |
