Arrived and the units have left the property and the was let in by tenants due to the door was locked and needed to use the key pad. The door was kicked in to unit #236 and the deadbolt was damaged and not able to be locked. The door around the locks was also broken and will need to be replaced. Was being told that no maintenance was on site due to walking off the job and not sure how to get a hold of the manager of the property. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site and was cancelled due to was able to make contact with a manager and was almost on site. Did go over that the door was broken and will need to be secure the door. Was able to install a hasp to lock the door and the manager left a note that one of the tenant has the key to the lock on the door. The manager signed the paper work and will check if they have a spare door in the shop. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
