Was called out to an emergency Call at the address of 10465 East Overland Ridge by the Tucson Fire Department. Person passed away in the side bedroom, fire department wanted to know if it was clear to cut an exit on the wall to extract the deceased, after doing inspection found it was okay to cut a section of the wall also found that the property has no egress do the hoarding of multiple materials throughout the house, fire hazard throughout the property spoke to supervisor and was advised ok to post unfit to occupy, due to fire hazard and lack of egress in case of emergency. |
