Arrived on site, no one at property property is up for sale with no trespassing signs posted in the front window and along Westside Gates of the property. Thru aerial photos as well as being on site the outside footprint of the building has not changed the building looked like it was back 2008 in the same footprint. A permit was pulled in late 2016 and inspections done to final for a rear porch added to the property. Will move to close out case |
