I EXPLAINED HE NEEDED TO SPEAK WITH DAN SANTA CRUZ OF CLAYTON TREVILLYAN. ANGEL ASKED IF WE COULD MEET WITH BOTH OF THEM SO ANGEL, MYSELF AND THE OWNER DROVE TO DSD TO SPEAK WITH CLAYTON. DID MEET WITH DAN SANTA CRUZ WHO EXPLAINED BECAUSE OF THE AGE OF THE BUILDING, THE FACT IT WAS COMMERCIAL AND THE VARYING ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS, THAT A ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER WILL PROBABLY NEED TO GET INVOLVED AND DETERMINE LOAD CALCS AS WELL AS CONTACTING TEP TO DETERMINE WHAT WILL WORK, WHAT WON/T AND DAN SUGGESTED THEY GET WITH THE BUILDING OFFICIAL FIRST. CLAYTON WAS NOT IN AT THE TIME, AND ASKED IF THEY COULD WAIT. DAN SUGGESTED THEY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

02/11/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved FOLLOW UP INSPECTION PER RICK SALDATE FOUND OCCUPANTS IN UNIT 1,,3 6,7, 10, 11, AND 13 REMOVING CLOTHING AND OTHER BELONGINGS. OWNER GLENN HEIDEMAN WAS ALSO ON SITE MONITORING THE SITUATION. IT APPEARED THAT THERE WAS A LOT GOING ON.
