VISITED SITE, FOUND NO GRAFFITI ON ANY SIDE OF THE BUILDING. DID FIND OVERGROWN GRASS AND WEEDS ON THE FRONT AND SIDES OF THE STRUCTURE TO THE STREET, AND IN THE REAR ASPHALT PARKING AREA. TREES WERE OVERHANGING FRONT SIDEWALK AREA. |
