Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a mobile home unhabital with out utilities. Arrived and T.P.D. have taken 15 people that were in the mobile home out. Did have mattresses spread out the interior of the mobile home where different people were staying in the mobile home. All the people were given time to get their items out due to will not be let back in. The electrical box at the pole has been stripped, the gas meter pinned and due to lacking water to the property were hauling water to the property. Both toilets were back up and had water bottles in the tub. All the doors were opened and have several broken windows. T.P.D. had already called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the property secured. Not able to make contact with the property owner and T.P.D. had tried. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front and rear of the property. Posted the Notice to Vacate on the rear of the property on the AC ductwork to the mobile home. While leaving did install a strip of plywood on the side gate to keep it shut and posted a Do Not Enter on the gate. While doing the board up, people kept comming to the property and trying to enter to remove items from the mobile home. Took pictures and will try and call the owner in the morning. RV. |
